Prior to becoming President and CEO of M.T.T.S, Randy was an All-City, League, and State player at his high school in Waterbury CT. He was named by USA TODAY as one of Connecticut's best players. He then went on to becoming a top performer and nationally respected player at the University of Rhode Island. After a his career as a player and a degree in sociology, Randy was asked to join the coaching staff at URI. URI has afforded Randy the opportunity to workout with some high level division 1 athletes. However, he never lost sight of his passion; the ability to help players improve through hard work and skill development drills.
At the age of 16, after being just a role player on his high school state championship team in his sophomore year he vowed to himself that it was now his time to shine. That’s where M.T.T.S. was born and has been Randy Brooks' motto in life ever since. “My Time To Shine” is not just a motto, it's a lifestyle that Randy believes in and translates to his workouts.
